These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Epic Decks Marine Inc. ("Epic Decks Marine," "we," "us," or "our"), a marine flooring installer serving Palm Beach County and South Florida. By browsing this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. They do not cover the separate written agreement (proposal, invoice, or contract) you sign with us for an actual installation — that agreement controls if the two conflict.
1. Quote requests are not orders
Submitting the "Get a quote" form or the designer tool's color combination sends us your project details by email; it is a request for information, not a purchase, deposit, or binding order. As the site states, we prepare a full proof sheet — the exact pieces, colors, and pattern, laid out to scale — for you to review and approve before any payment or work begins. A contract is formed only when you and Epic Decks Marine both sign a written proposal, estimate, or invoice.
2. Trademark and brand disclaimer
Boat, watercraft, and equipment names, model names, and logos that appear in photographs on this site — including brands such as Cobia, Cigarette, and Albury Brothers — are trademarks of their respective owners. These photos document decking Epic Decks Marine installed on customer-owned vessels. Their appearance is for accurate, truthful identification of completed work only. It does not mean Epic Decks Marine is affiliated with, sponsored by, licensed by, or endorsed by any boat or equipment manufacturer named or shown on this site.
3. Site content and intellectual property
The text, design, layout, and photographs on this site (other than the third-party marks described in Section 2) belong to Epic Decks Marine Inc. or are used with the rights holder's permission. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse our photographs, text, or the deck designer tool for commercial purposes without our written consent.
4. Deck designer tool
The color and pattern combinations shown in the online designer are a visual approximation to help you plan your project. Actual colors, materials, and finished patterns may vary from what you see on screen due to display differences and manufacturing tolerances. As noted in the tool itself, we recommend confirming colors against a physical sample and reviewing your proof sheet before approving any order.
5. No professional or engineering advice
Nothing on this site is a warranty, engineering opinion, or guarantee about fit, performance, or durability for any specific vessel. Those terms are set out in your written proposal or contract with us.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, this website and its content are provided "as is," and Epic Decks Marine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This section does not limit any warranty or remedy set out in a signed installation contract.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising from this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or our services change. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
